ECS was part of the development of the Virgin Hotel in Dallas, TX. The development consists of and 12-story hotel building and 6-story parking garage. ECS performed a geotechnical value engineering study to explore the soil and groundwater conditions at the site and provided improved guidelines in the design and construction of the project. ECS was also retained to provide construction materials testing services.
