ECS Group of Companies (ECS) announces Patrick Millican, PE, joins the firm as a Transportation Field Services Manager in the Atlanta, GA, office. Millican has more than ten years of experience which includes working in three foreign countries. In his role, Millican oversees geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT) transportation projects. Additionally, he helps expand ECS’ footprint in the local market.
“I see this opportunity as a return to where my career started in the CMT arena,” said Patrick. “It allows me to teach and train the next generation of young inspectors and engineers.”
Millican has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Kennesaw State University. Millican’s dedication to enhancing the transportation industry is evident through his work. He is also actively involved with the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
