ECS is pleased to announce Trey Hendrick, PE, has been promoted to Director of Talent and Organizational Development. Trey will continue to sit in our Charlotte, NC, office. Trey has been with ECS for more than 10 years and most recently served as Assistant Office Manager.
As Director of Talent and Organizational Development, Trey focuses on managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the development of team members. He will also help build and execute an employee-journey strategy to create a high-performance culture promoting accountability, operational excellence and execution to help unlock innovation, creativity and spirit.

Trey obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Huntsville, and he also obtained his Master of Business Administration at Queens University in Charlotte. He is currently working on his Master of Science in Talent and Organizational Development.
