ECS is pleased to announce that Matthew Fogleman, PE, has been promoted to Southeast director of strategic initiatives. Matthew has been with ECS for more than 16 years. He opened the Asheville, NC, office in 2007 and has been the office manager since that time.
In his new role, Matthew will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across the Southeast that will further develop and diversify ECS’ business opportunities, improve strategic marketing and leadership, and implement innovative processes and creative solutions for our business practices.
Originally from central Florida, Matthew has spent most of his life in North Carolina and considers Asheville his hometown. He attended North Carolina State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
